Refund, Replace & Cancellation Policy
Please Note : At Gen Z Planners, We Celebrate the unique craftsmanship of our artisans. Each piece is individually handmade, resulting in minor bubbles, color variations, handmade marks, and beautiful imperfections crafted in design that add to the uniqueness of each product. The features including pinholes, streaking, and glaze variations, are a testament to artisanal process and should not be considered as defects. These characteristics are found in handmade pieces everywhere made and sold. We sincerely urge our valued customers to embrace these characteristics as a part of the charm, uniqueness and individuality of the handcrafted pieces.
Returns, Cancellations, Refund and/or Replace Policies
1. Due to the delicate nature of ceramics, refunds and/or returns are not available. We have a designated team for packing each and every order, so that there is purely no possibility of packing an incorrect or damaged item in the order as we do thorough quality checks before packing each order. We offer replacement only in the following situation : If You have received broken product(s) via courier service. In that case, you must send us an unboxing video(without edit) of the parcel within 10 hours of receiving it at teamgenzplanners@gmail.com, with all your details including order detail screenshot, name, address and item of the order.
The parcel's tape/ seal of box should only be removed while making the unboxing video. In a case where video is found to be cut, edited, any use of AI and/or in case the tape of the parcel or the parcel box is opened and/or torn from any side before making the unboxing video, then the video is not acceptable as proof to us or the courier company in above mentioned situation.
Only in the case of item being delivered broken by the courier company in transit, we first verify the original authenticity of your proof video, if we find no foul play in the video or product(s), we choose opting for a replacement of broken items (if the same item is not in extra stock or unavailable, we reserve the right to send another item of the same price) in transit and it will be combined only with your subsequent next order with us, this varies from case to case. The last and final decision of the replacement of each case is in the hands of Gen Z Planners team.
2. Also in a case where any edited video, use of artificial intelligence (AI) or foul play is found and/or depreciation in the value of the product is found and/or the product is found to be used by you, we hereby hold the right not to initiate replacement.
3. We reserve the right to work according to our business policies under Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions and Shipping & Refunds stated and we urge our customer to go through it once for your knowledge.
4. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
5. Our approach to resolutions is discretionary, tailored to each case, given the unique nature of our products. Replacement decisions will be made on an individual basis. Note that refunds and returns are not applicable for incorrect/incomplete addresses and phone number, failed delivery attempts, or if the recipient declines the package. Your satisfaction is paramount at Gen Z Planners.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
